Around Jersey City, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across New Jersey are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

Jersey City is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Jersey City peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. I wish I could do a better review because my boyfriend referred them to me. Since his experience in nyc was great. Itβs been months that I have been waiting on my results from the first appointment and still nothing. I tried to reach out multiples times and they keep saying that are going to send it soon. My whitening tray has arrived but it was completely useless because it dit not match my teeth. I sent them another message saying what happened and same time: itβs been almost two months and the right tray hasnβt arrived yet. On top of that, I paid for a cavity treatment that costed me 900 hundred dollars. Iβve been simply trying to get my results, the right tray and maybe some respect. I have the year membership however Iβm not going back to them because I do not like the way they have treated me.

I had a really great experience at Wally Health in Jersey City. Everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was very attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about my oral health. What I appreciated most was that I never felt rushed or judged. The doctor was down-to-earth, respectful, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. Unfortunately, at some dental offices it can feel like money comes before the patientβs health, but my experience here was completely different. I truly felt that they cared about doing what was best for my teeth and gums rather than just trying to sell treatments. Iβm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Wally Health Jersey City to anyone looking for a dental office where you feel respected and genuinely cared for.

It was my 1st time and except for the parking issue and having trouble getting to the 3rd floor, the whole experience was wonderful, especially for someone without dental insurance. Doctor, hygienist, and staff were nice, and communication was easy. I already booked my next cleaning and expecting to get my night guard ( love that they have payment plan without interest). Highly recommend them! Ty guys!

This felt like a very elevated and futuristic dentist appointment. It was interesting being in a coworker space waiting area, but it was beautiful with plenty of seating and access to the kitchen. The wait time was short and each person I saw throughout the process was thorough explaining everything. The airflow cleaning was so interesting but I felt insanely clean after. It was also really helpful to see 3D scans and talk about what areas to focus a little more on with brushing and flossing. Iβm excited to go back every month for a cleaning and looking forward to teeth whitening too!
